HOURS OF OPERATIONS
Nurture Spa Village is open from 9am – 10pm. Last treatment appointment is at 9pm.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions.
Please let us know if you have any of the following problems when you book an appointment with us: Epilepsy, allergies, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, scar tissue, varicose veins, skin conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, and any recent operations or medical procedures.
ARRIVAL TIME
We recommend you arrive at Nurture Spa Village at least 30 minutes before your treatment. Please be at Spa Reception at least 15minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please understand that arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To reschedule or cancel a Spa treatment, please notify Spa Reception at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge; cancellations within 12 hours, or no shows, will incur a 100% charge.
SPA ATTIRE
We would like you to feel totally at ease. You will be provided a sarong, slippers, disposable underwear and towels at the spa suites. During all treatments, you will be professionally draped and your privacy ensured.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we request that all guests switch off or put their mobile phones on silent mode. Please keep noise to minimum. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Spa Suites.
SPA SECURITY
We recommend you do not take your valuables with you to the Spa. If however, this cannot be helped, we will provide you with a jewelry box for safekeeping.
