Aside from enjoying international standard spa treatments, there are lots of things that you can do in NURTURE SPA:

Free WIFI is available at the Tanglad Restaurant, Sa'Lo Pavilion and Tan'aw Bar.

2. Qi BREATHING & STRETCHING EXERCISES (30 mins).
Weekends at 8 am and 5 pm or on request
Enhance your well-being with easy and gentle breathing exercises led by Nurture Spa's Wellness Therapists

3. COOKING LESSONS (2 hours, lunch included)
Every Wednesday and Sundays lunchtime
Learn the secrets of Chef Jasper and Chef Gino's delectable concoctions.

4. WELLNESS TALKS (30 mins)
Daily, 3-4 pm
Learn how to make Wellness part of your lifestyle and improve your health, energy, relationships and mental abilities

5. WALKING TOURS (30 mins)
Weekends at 8 am and 5 pm or on request .
The Nurture guide will bring you to nearby coffee orchards and pineapple plantations.

6. FOREST WALK
The back of Nurture features a lush tropical jungle. Enjoy the adventurous walk and fresh mountain air. Please wear comfortable rubber soled shoes.

7. MEDITATE
There are several meditation areas where you can enjoy the solitude and the company of nature . Reconnect with yourself and your spirituality. A CD player and guided meditation CDs are available for you to borrow for free at the Reception.

8. RECONNECT
Talk. Really talk with your partner, friends, family. Nurture Spa is all about connections- thus there are no televisions in the rooms.

9. REDISCOVER PARLOR GAMES
Sungka, chess, playing cards, jenga are available at the Salo Pavilion.

10. READ.
Many magazines and books are available from the Salo Pavilion.

11. TELEVISION & DVD Players.
Ask Reception for DVDs to borrow which you can watch at the Library/TV Area.

1. History and Culture
- Taal Town - this carefully preserved historic town boasts of the largest church in SouthEast Asia. The market has beautiful embroidered products for sale, native chocolate and the most amazing array of wedding finery for rent.
- Ilog Maria Honey Bee Farm - developed by bee enthusiast Joel Magsaysay and family, Ilog Maria makes bee derived products including soaps, candles etc
- La Salle Museum - features Filipiniana memorabilia, costumes and art pieces
- Vegetable Farm at Gourmet Café - fields of lettuce, tomatoes

2. Adventure
- Taal volcano tours - ride on a pony or walk to the crater of the world's smallest volcano. Buy plants in the town of Talisay, the jump off point for the volcano tours.
- Picnic grove Zip line - An exciting and exhilirating experience as you "fly" down the ravine overlooking Taal volcano

3. Religious and Spiritual activities
- The quiet serenity of Tagaytay is the perfect location for its many churches including the mystical Pink Sisters Convent, the Italian inspired Calaruega Chapel where many weddings are held, the Lourdes Church run by the Franciscan brothers, the SVD Chapel, Angels Hills
