Cathy is a Human Resource professional and an internationally licensed therapist (CIBTAC U.K.). She is also the Founding President of the Spa Association of the Philippines. Both Mike and Cathy have been involved in various spa consultancy projects in the Philippines and abroad.

...our massage oils are made from pure therapeutic essential oils, blended fresh by Spa Essentials, a sister company which supplies massage oils, hotel amenities and spa supplies to five star spas and resorts in the Philippines and abroad?

...our therapists are sourced from the neighboring barangays and are trained by internationally certified trainers for 2 months before being allowed to handle clients? Each of them has to have 50 hours of on the job training before they graduate.

...when Nurture first opened, the concept of spa was unknown to many. Thus Mike and Cathy hired Australian spa consultants to develop the spa menu and train the staff. These consultants were responsible for setting up the first wellness centers and spas in Asia like the Chiva Som at Hua Hin Thailand.

...the Tagalog names of the spa treatments are reflections of Mike and Cathy's commitment to promote the Filipino culture
